Beautiful Apartment in Börgerende with Private Parking

The holiday apartment is on the ground floor of the newly built holiday house, in a quiet location, just 200 metres from the beach.

The two-room apartment has a living room with a comfortable pull-out sofa bed (140 x 200cm), an armchair, a radio, a cupboard, a flatscreen TV and a coffee table. The bedroom has a big double bed (180 x 200cm) and bedside tables. A cot can also be set up here. There is a separate kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, ceramic hob, convection oven, microwave, kitchen appliances, crockery and a dining space. The modern bathroom provides under-floor heating, a washbasin, WC, shower, hairdryer, iron, towel radiator and bathroom furniture. The hallway has cloakroom space with a shoe cupboard, a broom cupboard and a mirror.

The glass covered terrace (18m²) is equipped with garden furniture, a canopy beach chair, deckchairs and a grill. It is on the sunny side and you can hear the sea. You can set up a rack on the terrace to dry swimwear. The site is enclosed by a fence. There is a car parking space on site. The garden is shared wih the guests at the other holiday apartments. The apartment is non-smoking.

The beautiful sandy beach is just 200 metres away. There a local supermarket, bakery, hairdresser, restaurants, cafés and a fishmonger, where you can buy and enjoy freshly caught fish.
