In an idyllic and quiet location, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, is this vacation home. Completely renovated, it extends over two floors with outdoor stairs. Refreshment is provided by the pool on the terrace. On the first floor there is a tavern with indoor barbecue and on the 1st floor are the living room with kitchen, a bedroom and bathroom and a gallery with double bed (minimum ceiling height 70 cm). The house has solar energy and large electricity consumers such as washing machine are limited, the owner can help if needed. The last 300 m of the driveway is a narrow, non-paved road.
