Independent holiday house at 8 km from Pescia, in the near of interesting touristic places in the surroundings of Lucca and of the beautiful beaches of the Versilia coast. Silent position in the near of a small hamlet. At the guests exclusive disposal: large outdoor spaces (2.000 m2) with dining area for outdoor meals and an equipped swimming pool. The house is subdivided in three independent apartments, two of them on the ground-floor which communicate internally and the third on the first floor. The two floors are not connected internally. On the property (ca. 11 hectars) is also situated a small, totally independent house which is inhabited from time to time by the house owner when he needs to do the necessary maintenance work of the property, the garden and the swimming pool. Parking on the property.

    “We hebben met 4 volwassenen en 5 kinderen twee weken gelogeerd in deze huisjes. De inrichting was rustiek maar alles was aanwezig en het was zeer proper. De tuin gaf een fenomenaal uitzicht over de bergen en was ideaal voor de kinderen om in te spelen. Het zwembad was groot en vanop het terras had je een goed zicht over het zwembad. De eigenaars kwamen elke morgen eens langs om het zwembad of de tuin te onderhouden. Ze waren zeer vriendelijk en stonden steeds paraat om te helpen met het plannen van uitstappen of informatie te geven over de streek. Het huisje is goed gelegen om de mooie Toscaanse steden te bezoeken. Het enige nadeel vonden we de weg naar het huisje. Je moet eerst 5 km haarspeldbochten op smalle wegjes trotseren voor je aan het huisje aankwam.”

    “Das Haus liegt auf einer Anhöhe in den Ort Medicina. Es gibt eine kleine Bar, die von den 120 Einwohnern verwaltet wird. Der Weg zum Haus ist anstrengend, etwa 4 km in Serpentinen. Man wird entschädigt durch das absolut gepflegte, sehr großzügige Anwesen. Sowohl innen als auch außen ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Besitzer kommt fast täglich vorbei, spricht aber nur italienisch. Der Pool ist super, die vielen Möglichkeiten, im Garten zu entspannen, sorgen für geruhsame Stunden. Die Aussicht auf die Umgebung ist grandios. Es gibt 3 Küchen, 4 Bäder und 5 Schlafzimmer, zur Not auch Ausweichmöglichkeiten mit Schlafgelegenheiten im Wohnzimmer.
    Für Gruppen, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen, wandern wollen und die umgebenden Städte (Florenz, Lucca, Pisa) bereisen wollen, ist das Haus bestens geeignet, auch für Kinder.”
