    “Die Ausstattung der Wohn- und Schlafräume ist sehr spartanischer Ikea-Lifestyle, wobei es an manchen Stellen nicht mal dafür gereicht hat. Bäder und Küche sind ok. Auch schade, dass kaputt gegangene Dinge, wie es schien, nicht ersetzt werden. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön, wunderbarer Rundumblick von der Poolterrasse. Die Außenanlagen sind allerdings verbesserungsfähig: mehr Grünpflanzen, besserer Windschutz? Haus und Anlage waren einwandfrei sauber und in einem fast einwandfreien Zustand. ( Siehe vür Ort überreichte Liste). Der Mietpreis ist meines Erachtens wegen der Minimalausstattung, s.o., etwas zu hoch.”

    “Die Ausstattung und die Lage sind sehr gut. Eines der Schlafzimmer ist ganz klein. Der Pool und die Aussicht machen alles wieder gut.”
