    “Zeer netjes. Mooie tuin met prachtig zicht op de zee. Veel ruimte. Alleen spijtig van het lawaai van de auto's. Zeer functioneel huis, alhoewel een wc meer gemakkelijker zou zijn, gezien de tweede helemaal achteraan op verdieping is. Het huis is slecht geïsoleerd, niet zo interessant met kleine kinderen.”
