In the small village of Spahije, on a hill in a quiet environment awaits you this vacation home, where you can spend a relaxing vacation.

The vacation home was extensively renovated in 2021. From all terraces you have a great panoramic view of the sea and the charming surroundings. Since this cozy vacation home consists of three units connected by interior stairs, it is ideal for two families or several friends to stay together. To avoid boredom, there is a fitness room, as well as a dartboard and a ping-pong table. Afterwards, you can relax in the jacuzzi and enjoy the beautiful view.

An 8 km long cycling path runs nearby. The culturally rich city of Sibenik is only a few kilometers away and attracts with its interesting and diverse entertainment program. Visit also the national parks Krka and Kornati!

    “Das Haus hat wirklich alles zu bieten, was das Herz begehrt. Viel Platz, wunderschöne Gartenanlage, gut eingezäunt (selbst unser Malinois fand erst nach 13 Tagen einen "Fluchtweg"), viel Schatten, sehr praktisch ist die Aussendusche und die Garage fürs Auto (kühl), und toll für Sommerabende die Bocciabahn! Einziger Kritikpunkt waren für mich die doch sehr harten Matratzen im oberen Schlafzimmer. Dafür ist es dank Klimaanlage wunderbar kühl im oberen Stockwerk.”

    “Das Haus hat alles an Ausstattung, was man sich wünschen kann. Alles was man brauchen könnte, ist vorhanden! Die Einrichtung ist sehr liebevoll und man findet viele tolle Kleinigkeiten. Eine Bilderbuch-Aussicht, man möchte den Ausblick nie mehr missen wollen. Wir haben uns noch in keinem Ferienhaus so wohl gefühlt! Es war bisher unser schönster Urlaub! Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und überaus hilfsbereit!!! Und das Essen von ihm ist besser, als in jedem Restaurant! Wir werden sicher wieder kommen!!!”
