Two-family house on 3 levels (first floor, 1st and 2nd floor) in an ancient renovated stone building. The house is located in a village in the countryside in Valle di Compito at the foot of hills with woods near Lucca. View of the woods and the countryside of the valley. A secondary road with only moderate traffic runs nearby. The property has a fenced area, a parking lot for cars and an automatic entrance gate. Behind the house there is an outdoor area with table, chairs, parasol and barbecue for outdoor dining; next door, separated by a small private road, a fenced equipped garden (300m2- table, chairs, sun lounger, deckchairs) with trees and lighted pool (8.5x3.5). Outside there is a small outbuilding, a second kitchen, where there is also a pizza oven and the washing machine. Possibility of visiting an archaeological site with ancient Romanesque farmhouses nearby and also parachuting and fishing in the area. Crib and high chair included in the rental price. Distances: Lucca 7km, Pisa 32km, Florence 65km, restaurant 0.2km, stores of all kinds and tennis 2km, riding school 5km, beaches 37km.

    “Kunde varit ett mycket bra alternativ, men husets underhåll var väldigt eftersatt. Trasig toalett sits på övre våningen, och en dusch som knappt ville ge ifrån sig vatten. Kran i wc på bottenplan, som knappt satt fast, vilket också var fallet i tvättstuga/yttre kök. Väldigt slitna soffor i vardagsrum. Begränsad nytta av ett ganska dåligt wifi.
    Annars ett ganska fint hus, med trevlig trädgård, och skön pool.

    “The house is very nice. It is very well equipped in the kitchen, with plenty of cutlery, plates etc. The interior of the house is very practical, and works well for two families.
    In order to go to the garden you have to cross a small path, but it is absolutely no problem. The garden is very well kept, and there are sunbeds enough for all. The table in the garden is only sufficient for 6 people, otherwise it will be very crowded.”

    “Das Haus ist neuwertig gut ausgestattet. Die Bäder haben einen gehobenen Standard und sind geräumig. Die Schlafräume haben gute Matratzen und eine liebevolle Einrichtung. Der Garten ist nicht wie im Prospekt über eine Straße erreichbar, sondern liegt hinterm Haus und es muss eine Art Feldweg, ohne Verkehrsbelästigung, überquert werden. Er ist groß und ausreichend mit Stühlen und Liegen bestückt. Auf dem Hof vorm Haus finden bis zu 2 Autos Platz, wobei beide nicht zu groß sein sollten. Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis ist gut.”
