    “Schmutzig, Ratten im Haus, Grundstück ungepflegt ( Grillhütte voll mit Gerümpel ,vor der Haustür eine alte Duschkabine), kaum Möglichkeit die eigenen Kleidungsstücke unterzubringen, da alle Schränke vollgestopft mit Spielen, Kissen,Werkzeug u.s.w. vollgestopft sind u.s.w. Diese Liste ließe sich beliebig verlängern, vom veklakten Wirlpool bis zur nie gereinigten Spülmaschine und dem verschimmelten Kaffeefilter vom Vormieter.
    Eine Endreinigung hat diese Haus jedenfalls nicht gesehen.
