This holiday home is situated in a beautiful place which is situated at the foothills of the Mountain Ucka on the Opatija Riviera in the village called Puhari. The holiday property consists of one large and one small house, which are independent but within a fenced plot measuring 4,000 square metres. The house is suitable for families or groups of friends who want to spend their holidays together. The beautiful and hospitable living room of this large house is ideal for guests to dine together. An internal staircase leads to the rooms located on the upper floor. Each room has an attached bathroom and everything here is comfortably and aesthetically furnished. In the basement, you will find a play area equipped with billiards and darts. The fireplace provides the required warmth on cooler days. The smaller house is located a few metres away and consists of ground floor, 1st floor and top floor (minimum ceiling height 170 cm). In front of the house, there is a big covered terrace with barbecue and an outdoor swimming pool, ideal for a refreshing dip during the hot summer months. The house is elegantly furnished and well equipped. The larger house has two covered terraces with breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and the Kvarner. Children can play safely on the ground and in the nearby forest on hiking trails. You can pluck flowers and various herbs or simply enjoy the nature. In a few minutes by car, you can reach the Opatija Riviera. Opatija attracts you with its rich cuisine, concerts and interesting cultural events. Do explore the hiking trails in this mountainous region and see the vantage points.
