The detached villa built in 2002, was renovated in 2015 and is furnished in a modern and functional style. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. Also due to the view over woods from the property and its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. This property is a family-friendly accomodation. Available for your exclusive use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and campfire site. Smoke plant, children's bicycles included. Miniature golf, skittles, slide, basketball, volleyball. 3 fitness equipment, shower / WC on the ground floor. Nintendo Wii. Karaoke bar with TV, DVD, fridge, tea kitchen and CD stereo on the ground floor. Possibility to order: car rental, tourist services, transfer from airport or train station (please pre-order).Finnish sauna for about 3 people including equipment (essence, towels, massage shower), it is a Finnish sauna with a el. Heating with stones, which will be watered with special water and essences. Children on request, must confirm owner.

Vranov - Cercany, 400 m above sea level. The villa is located on a 800 sqm enclosed garden plot and water plot with flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Living area about 280 sqm Quiet safe place Access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 5 m). Parking (for 5 cars) is available in a carport and on the property.
