The stately Es Vinyolet de Campos is one of the few villas located in the middle of fields in a quiet cul-de-sac. Cypress trees and a small rock garden surround the house. The rural properties are so large that the neighbourhood is quite spread out. So nobody can see over the hedge while you swim laps in your 12-metre pool and relax under the coconut parasols, while you serve your barbecue dishes on the covered terrace or treat yourself to an espresso or an almond croissant on the comfortable rattan furniture. The long balcony runs outside the bedrooms on the first floor and provides even more privacy, ample space for sun loungers and soothes the eye with a clear view of the plain dotted with olive trees. Here, even city neurotics are unexpectedly transformed into passionate campesinos who discover the tranquil, rural region for themselves.

The new owners have spruced up the interior of the villa and furnished it with exceptional taste and comfort: The style is bright and minimalist but features bright colour accents on the walls, the furniture is elegant and comfortable, the large flat-screen TV is a real eye-catcher, the kitchen is a shining realm for chefs with side-by-side fridge and high-quality electrical appliances. Ceiling lights ensure that the beautiful rooms are discreetly illuminated everywhere. The upper floor is reserved exclusively for holiday dreams, and these can only be pink: All four double rooms (with beds measuring 1.80 or 1.60 x 2 metres) have their own bathroom with a walk-in shower and direct access to the sunny balcony. Underfloor heating and air conditioning bring the room to your personal cosy temperature, making the villa ideal for a time-out in both summer and winter.

Experience a surprisingly different Mallorca with Campos! In this friendly little town (with a historic centre) you will find everything you need for your everyday holiday, as well as some specialities such as sobrasada and piris cheese, which will enrich the villa's cuisine. If you take a guided tour of the Formatges Burguera cheese dairy, you can sample many quesos; and in the exquisite Moli de Vent, a windmill that has been lovingly restored and converted into a restaurant, you can also tantalise your taste buds. Anything else you need can certainly be found in Llucmajor or Palma and you can also combine your trip with a visit to a café or a stroll through the boutiques. The nearby, occasionally audible MA-6014 makes it easy to explore the south-east of the island: Here you will find some of the best beaches and excursions to the neighbouring artists' town of Cas Concos de Cavaller or to the salt pans of Ses Salines are worthwhile more than once. Located between Campos (8 km) and the beaches to the south, the rural beauty of Es Vinyolet stands out from the open countryside with its 12 metre long pool bathed in the Mediterranean sun. The larger town of Llucmajor, 18 km from Palma, is known to have one of the most beautiful market squares on the island and you can reach the old town of Palma in around 35 minutes. The sea is also just a stone's throw away by car; Es Trenc, Platja de Sa Ràpita and Ses Covetes are particularly recommended for relaxing hours by and in the water.
