This extremely charming villa enjoys a picturesque location on the outskirts of the beautiful town of Valldemossa in the west of the island. It is set on an elevated plot of approx. 600 m² and offers unique panoramic views, which are the outstanding feature of this residence. From this property you can enjoy views as far as Valldemossa and the surrounding mountain landscape of this region of Mallorca. The outdoor area of the villa offers you a small garden and a 7 metre long pool, which is accessible via a small staircase and ensures that you stay pleasantly cool on hot summer days. The sun terrace surrounding the pool offers sun loungers and a white table with seating and is perfect for long hours of relaxation under the Mallorcan sun - take a moment to unwind and enjoy an exceptional holiday! On the covered terrace of the house you have an excellent view of the pool and the children playing around it and can enjoy quiet summer evenings with a tasty barbecue and a great view of the famous Valldemossa monastery and the wooded mountain landscape of the region.

Upon entering the villa, guests are immediately struck by the careful and tasteful interior design, which creates an inviting atmosphere with high-quality furniture and many clear lines and shapes. Spacious living areas with high, classic beamed ceilings and elegant floor tiles contribute to the harmonious overall atmosphere and combine modern accents with traditional cosiness. The upper floor of the house offers a bedroom with double bed (2 x 2 m) and en-suite bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds and terrace, a bedroom with double bed (1.35 x 1.9 m) and terrace, a single bedroom with single bed (0.8 x 1.8 m) and two bathrooms with showers and toilets. On the ground floor there is another bedroom with a double bed (1.5 x 2 m), a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, as well as a kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, combined fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine, toaster and dining area for shared meals indoors. A washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron are available so that everyday life on holiday runs as smoothly as possible. In the cosy living room with additional dining area, luxurious sofa and fireplace, you are sure to find your personal favourite spot for relaxing hours. Satellite TV, CD and DVD player, a PlayStation 2 and high-speed Internet ensure that you have all the entertainment you need.

The property itself is only around 300 metres from the old town of Valldemossa, so bars, restaurants and the shops for your daily needs are just a few minutes' walk away. The town's weekly markets take place on Sundays. Valldemossa is considered the most beautiful village in the whole of Spain and offers a number of charming little streets, artists' studios and cafés. The centre of the town is dominated by an impressive domed church. From the house you have a marvellous view of this beautiful and unique piece of architecture. There are also two bays within a few minutes' drive of the villa: The first is Cala Deiá with crystal-clear water and a highly recommended fish restaurant right on the beach. The second is the smaller pebble beach in Port de Valldemossa. Puerto de Sóller, about 12 kilometres away, offers the nearest sandy beach. The tasteful Villa Camila is a large stone house above the small artists' town of Valldemossa and offers majestic views of the village itself and the surrounding mountains. The building sits on a 600 m² plot and is beautifully surrounded by dense trees. Valldemossa is only a few minutes' walk away if you want to go shopping, and the small bay of Cala Deía with its crystal-clear waters and neighbouring fish restaurant is only a further 8 km away.
