As soon as you reach your Villa Sant Blai Nou after a 40-minute drive from Palma, you will be amazed by the size of the property: with an incredible area of 12,474 m², you certainly won't be able to fit in every other room, even if there are nine of you living in the house. The dimensions of the 12 x 6 metre pool are also impressive, so you can start the day by swimming a few laps at sunrise. Part of the terrace surrounding the pool is covered with artificial turf, where you can make yourself comfortable on sun loungers and enjoy the island's abundant sunshine. Thanks to the good infrastructure of the outdoor area, in addition to an outdoor pool, you will also find a covered outdoor kitchen so you can easily spend most of your time in the fresh air. And enjoy unforgettable barbecues late into the night. The secluded location guarantees a high degree of privacy. A tall palm tree dominates the forecourt of the villa, where you will also find a relic from a time when horses were still indispensable for agriculture on the island.

The house itself is reminiscent of a church due to its tower-shaped roof. One of the bedrooms with a double bed is located on the second floor. The living room has an adjoining vaulted room with a dining table. In this area, you feel like you are in a venerable monastery. However, you don't have to worry about the Spartan life of a monk in this villa: The living room exudes an extremely cheerful atmosphere with its white colour and light brown ceiling beams. You are sure to spend many entertaining hours here. And if it gets a little chilly in the evening, you can simply light the fireplace. The blazing flames create a cosy atmosphere, as do the extremely comfortable sofas, from which you have a good view of the flat-screen TV. Now you finally have time to watch the films you've been meaning to watch for ages. The comfortably equipped kitchen boasts a gas hob so that you can prepare exquisite dishes on holiday if you wish. One of the double bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the ground floor, while there are three bedrooms on the first floor, one of which has the luxury of its own bathroom. Another bathroom on the first floor is equipped with a bathtub, which is ideal for a sensual end to the day. A staircase leads up to the tower room, where another double bed promises a restful night's sleep. All rooms are characterised by a friendly, unobtrusive interior design.

All these superlatives also apply to the charming town of Campos, which is 3.5 km away and is the first port of call for your daily shopping. You can treat yourself to almond cake and a cortado in tranquil street cafés and then take a trip to Colònia de Sant Jordi. The former fishing village is located right next to the kilometre-long Es Trenc beach, which offers picturesque beach days with its white sand. Whether you visit the vibrant island capital of Palma to take advantage of the diverse cultural offerings or explore the attractive east coast by hire car, which is simply teeming with highlights such as the bays of Cales de Mallorca, just half an hour away, you can return to your wonderfully peaceful villa in the evening with memories of your fantastic experiences.

Villa Sant Blai Nou is located just 10 kilometres from the beautiful Es Trenc beach, the ideal place to recharge your batteries in an idyllic, peaceful location surrounded by nature. The quiet village of Campos, where you can stock up at the weekly market on Thursdays and Saturdays, is just 5 minutes away by car. The south-east, also known as Mallorca's Tuscany, is ideal for hiking thanks to its charming landscape. In the Parc Natural de Mondragó, 25 kilometres away, you can discover the island's diverse flora and fauna.
