The natural stone villa Can Moleta welcomes its guests to a luxurious and idyllic property near the east coast of Mallorca with a romantic and aesthetic ambience. The garden surrounding the house, with its pretty design and Mediterranean shrubs, offers numerous opportunities to spend pleasant hours outdoors. Various terraces invite you to linger under the Mediterranean sun or in the breezy shade. Of course, you can also relax on the lawns. There are great places for children to play and run around. a The terrace with inviting seating furniture and wonderful views of the garden also borders directly onto the garden. The brick barbecue in the small garden shed invites you to organise convivial culinary barbecues on warm evenings and indulge in the fresh delicacies of the region. The centrepiece of the garden is of course the pool, which is tiled with beautiful decorative mosaic stones and has an adjoining sun terrace. Here you can relax to your heart's content on the sun loungers provided and perhaps really switch off.

As soon as you enter the house, you are surrounded by a very charming and authentic atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. Here, natural stone elements harmonise with white walls, classic wooden beamed ceilings and some particularly eye-catching terracotta tiles. This is complemented by selected furniture and charming decorative pieces. The very large living/dining area offers many nooks and crannies of different character to enjoy your privacy from time to time. The adjoining living room, accessible through a wide arch, has a rustic character and is furnished with various sofas that invite you to relax, read and enjoy good conversation. In the directly adjoining large living area, you will find another cosy sofa corner that invites you to linger to your heart's content. If you feel like it, you can also be entertained by a good film, as this is where the TV with satellite connection and DVD player are installed. At the other end of this spacious and very bright room you will find the massive dining table, which seats at least eight people. The spacious and fully equipped kitchen is conveniently located right next to it. Here you will find everything you need for your daily needs: oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine and much more. There is even space for another small dining table where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a small meal together. The bedrooms are generously proportioned, furnished to a high standard and decorated with style and character. Here, too, you can see the exposed beamed ceiling and natural stone walls. These are not only visually appealing, but also contribute significantly to the overall ambience. Two of these bedrooms are equipped with an en-suite bathroom. There is one double room with a bed measuring 1.60 x 1.90 metres and four double rooms with two single beds, each measuring 0.90 x 2.00 metres. The equally stylish bathrooms with natural light are equipped with modern furniture.

What characterises this property in addition to the above-mentioned qualities is its unique layout. There is another apartment in the house with a separate entrance, which houses a double bedroom and a bathroom (en-suite). Thus, the main building houses a total of four double bedrooms and three bathrooms. This additional flat offers a very private space for a single traveller or a couple. Perhaps ideal for grandad and grandma who appreciate their peace and quiet from time to time?

The smaller fishing village of Porto Cristo offers two stalactite caves that are well worth a visit. Together with the Cuevas dels Harms to the west of the town, the Cuevas del Drach (Dragon Caves) on the southern edge of Porto Cristo are the most visited caves on the island. The newly developed tourist area of Porto Cristo is a little further south and is called Porto Cristo Nuevo. If you go to Cala Anguila for a swim, you can walk over to Cala Mendia, which is around 600 metres away. The beach there has fine sand and azure blue water and is less crowded. As the beach has a level entrance into the water, it is also particularly popular with families with small children. You can hire sunbeds, parasols and pedalos here.

The large Villa Can Moleta is beautifully situated on a large plot of land very close to the pretty coastal town of Porto Cristo. Here you will find a beautiful marina, a bathing beach and a beach promenade with several restaurants. The beaches of Cala Anguila and Cala Mandia are only a few minutes away by car. The journey from the villa to the airport takes just under an hour.
