This charming farmhouse on Mallorca offers space for up to nine guests and has a spacious outdoor area of 7,000 m².

A standout feature of the lovingly landscaped garden is the delightful outdoor kitchen, perfect for al fresco dining, where you can enjoy your meals while keeping an eye on the children in the pool. The sun terrace, furnished with comfortable seating, surrounds a shallow swimming pool that invites you to relax.

Inside, the farmhouse exudes rustic charm with its white and wooden décor. The living and dining area includes cosy sofas, a dining table and a flat-screen TV, while a fireplace provides cosy warmth on cooler evenings. The fully equipped kitchen fulfils all your self-catering needs. On the ground floor there are three double bedrooms and a small bathroom with shower. An external staircase leads to a spacious studio on the upper floor, which offers three further bedrooms and another bathroom with a bathtub. With fans and hot/cold air conditioning, this farmhouse will keep you comfortable all year round.

The 7,000 m² plot of this farmhouse is located around 6 km west of Llucmajor in the south of Mallorca. Llucmajor offers good shopping facilities. Some very beautiful beaches can be reached quickly from Son Antem, and there is a golf course and a spa nearby. The island's capital Palma can be reached in just 20 minutes via the motorway, which is around 100 m away.

Electricity, air conditioning and heating are included in the rental price, subject to reasonable consumption. In the rare event that this amount is exceeded, you will have to pay money into the unit.
