Discover a luxurious vacation apartment in Champagny en Vanoise, nestled in the Paradiski ski area, offering plenty of space and Savoyard charm. This exquisite duplex residence embodies comfort and elegance. On level 0, there are two bedrooms, one of which has a balcony and magnificent views of the village. Ascend a secure wooden staircase to level 1 and discover a spacious living area with a cozy lounge, dining area and open plan kitchen fully equipped with modern amenities. This level also features extensive terraces and balconies with panoramic mountain views. The outdoor areas feature a hot tub, perfect for relaxing. On this floor you will find four en-suite bedrooms, two of which have charming sloping ceilings that add character to the space. There are two parking spaces in the underground garage, a ski room with boot dryer and convenient access to a shuttle to the cable car directly in front of the residence. A crib and high chair can be provided on request at the time of booking. Cleaning of the apartment is included, provided it is returned in a reasonably clean condition. Enjoy a luxurious stay in this well-equipped vacation paradise. Situated at the entrance to Champagny, the apartment offers an ideal location for skiing, après-ski, winter and summer hiking and mountain biking. All local stores are within walking distance in the village, approx. 500m. In the village of Bozel (5 km) you will find everything you might miss in Champagny. The beautiful Nordic ski area in Champagny le Haut will delight cross-country skiers. Cyclists will enjoy the many mountain passes in the area. The Paradiski ski area is directly accessible by gondola when you arrive in La Grande Plagne or Plagne Bellecôte. The Three Valleys ski area with the ski resorts of Courchevel, Méribel, Les Ménuires and Val Thorens is 20 km away. Swimming pool and tennis courts are 200 m from the residence.
