Villa Esti is located in a beautiful rural setting, it offers everything for a relaxing holiday and is perfect for up to 6+2 people. The location is very convenient! It is only a short drive to Pula, where you will find everything your heart desires.
The house has three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own Android TV. Two have a double bed and en-suite bathroom one of which has a panoramic sliding door with terrace and views of the pool. The third bedroom has two separate single beds. In the hallway there is a large bathroom with shower, WC, BD and washing machine. There are two additional sleeping possibilities on the sofa bed in the living room.
The villa is furnished in a contemporary style, with clean lines and modern accents. A spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and the dining area create a cosy feeling. The living room impresses with its size. The living room has two air conditioning units, a desk, a couch with TV, stereo system and Playstation 4 with two controllers, various games and a separate wine fridge.
The huge panoramic sliding door leads to the outside area. When the door is open, the room merges with the covered terrace, which has a dining area for 8 people and a lounge area where you can enjoy the beautiful sunset with a glass of wine or relax by the pool. In the walled garden there are three parking spaces, a pool with outdoor shower, a gas barbecue and various games such as football table football, bota, badminton, skittles, two water polo goals, cards and board games are also available.
If you want to explore the surrounding area and spend a day by the sea, both the west and east coast of the Istrian peninsula are less than 10 kilometres away.
On the way to the centre of Pula there are several large supermarkets and various activities such as go-karting, paintball, bars and restaurants. Pula offers great shopping opportunities, whether in the Pula City Mall or in the Max City, this villa is a short drive from Pula. Pula is the tourist centre of Istria, culturally and traditionally, but also because of its beautiful natural landscape. The city of Pula experienced its heyday in Roman times. The Romans left their mark, in particular the beautiful amphitheatre. In Venetian times, Pula developed into the control centre of the Adriatic and over the centuries the port became the most important in the region. Pula offers all kinds of leisure activities such as sports facilities, nightclubs, casinos, pubs and restaurants as well as organised tours. The town has two passenger harbours, both of which are of great importance for cruise tourism. Today, Pula is a holiday resort for relaxing on the beautiful coast and near crystal clear waters, steeped in legend and history. Unspoilt forests, beautiful beaches and the Mediterranean climate turn this place into an attraction for beach holidaymakers.
