On the edge of the Leucate cliffs, only a minute's walk from the beautiful Mediterranean beaches. It is here that an idyllic holiday is offered to you. The gîte has all the advantages: directly on the seafront, close to the shops and yet in the shadow of the cliff, as if time stood still for a moment. This large charming house with Mediterranean accents opens its doors to you for a stay with family or friends. The gîte has a large outdoor space as well as several terraces in all parts of the house with garden furniture, so you can enjoy moments of rest in complete privacy with always this magnificent view of the sea. Two barbecues (one of which is a South African braii barbecue) are at your disposal to enjoy your meals during the beautiful season. And if you want to cool off, there is a large natural pool area on site: the sea is right in front of us, a unique and unforgettable holiday! The garden with its magnificent pines is sheltered from the wind by the cliff where you can recharge your batteries. The parking is private and secure inside the property: two cars. Along the street you can park other vehicles. The house is fully air-conditioned for the comfort of all. Pets are welcome (dogs only). Nearby there are many treasures of the region to discover: hiking trails with breathtaking landscapes, tasting of local products such as wine or oysters but also animations all year round in Leucate, the African reserve of Sigean and the Regional Natural Park of Narbonnaise are less than 20 minutes away.

Air-conditioned house on three levels comprising on the ground floor: a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table, a sitting area with sofas and TV, it opens onto a large terrace. A second bedroom adapted for children with two single bunk beds (4 beds in all with a 90cm bed each) and still this access to the terrace. A final bedroom, the master suite with a double bed (140cm) opening onto the terrace with an adjoining private shower room (shower, washbasin, WC). On the first floor, a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a sitting area with sofas and TV. A laundry area with a washing machine which gives access to the independent WC. The living room opens onto a second large terrace. A master suite with a double bed and a private bathroom (shower, double basin) with access to the terrace. On the second floor, two bedrooms with a double bed and direct access to the third terrace. An independent shower room with shower and double basin. And a last bedroom with a double bunk bed and a single bed in 90. Sheets, towels and cleaning are included. WIFI connection. Baby equipment on request.
