From the rooftops of Leucate you will enjoy the panoramic view of the sea and the pond from Les Terrasses 2, a sublime contemporary villa with Mediterranean accents. On site, you can enjoy a private terrace equipped with garden furniture and relaxation. A barbecue is available for you to enjoy during your holiday. You will also have access to the whole outside area behind the house (shared with the second gîte), you can walk up the typical stairs of this gîte, chairs are also available to relax under the trees while listening to the cicadas singing. The location is ideal as the gîte is only 400m from the beaches, shops and restaurants. The famous Falaise de Leucate and its lighthouse offer a breathtaking walk, from Les Terrasses 2 you can reach it on foot for about 1km and continue to La Franqui. Leucate offers many cultural and leisure activities: oyster and local wine tasting, beach clubs with their feet in the water, water sports or the Aqualand Park. Leucate is less than an hour away from the historical sites of Carcassonne, Collioure and Narbonne la Romaine. The gîte is located at the 1st floor and is attached to the second gîte with independent access and air conditioning. It comprises a large living room with a sitting area (sofa bed for 2 extra people, armchairs and a TV), a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area opening directly onto the terrace of the gîte. A bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds (80cm) that can be placed together. An independent shower room with an Italian shower and a washbasin. An independent WC and a washing machine. Baby equipment on request. Sheets and towels included. Cleaning at the end of your stay is an additional option. Non-private parking for one car is available in front of the gîte, with public parking nearby.
