The house is located on an 8,000 m2 estate, with 180 m2 of built-up area distributed in three buildings. The land has two levels. On the first level is a large living room with a fireplace, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. On the second level there is a large dining room, with a large table, with a kitchen and pantry, a bedroom with three single beds, a bathroom, a room with a washing machine, and a 10 x 5 metre saltwater pool.
Spacious gardens with many trees and plants. Perfect for children: Swings, football and children's toys.
The house is located 3 km from the town of Esporles, where you can find a wide variety of restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and post offices.
Rules:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, and failure to comply with this rule will result in a penalty.
- Please keep the interior of the villa clean and tidy.
- Guests will be required to dispose of the waste generated during their stay in the designated containers or collection points before the end of their stay.
- Air conditioning and heating should be used responsibly, and turned off when not in the villa.
- Any excessive noise, loud music, and parties are strictly prohibited! In the event of complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or disturbing behaviour by any member of your group, the owner has the right to evict the client and all guests from the apartment, regardless of the time of day or night, without any refund of the amount already paid for the reservation, and will also keep the deposit.
