Dating from 1720 and still active, it comprises of 30 hectares of vineyards, a cellar and a bull ring. Large working farm "Domaine La Batisse". 5 km from the sea.     “Das Haus liegt abgelegen zwischen Weinfeldern und dem Fluss Aude. Die Zufahrt erfolgt über eine kleine, sehr holprige Straße. Für Naturliebhaber und Menschen, die Ruhe mögen, sehr zu empfehlen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und wir haben nichts vermisst. Der Vermieter ist sehr unaufdringlich und freundlich.”

    “Sehr gepflegtes Haus in schöner Lage direkt am Fluss Aude. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig und einsam gelegen. Der Strand ist ca 5min mit dem Auto entfernt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 10min. Man sollte sich im Klaren darüber sein, dass man mitten zwischen den Weinbergen wohnt. Wir fanden es sehr hübsch, ist aber vielleicht nicht jedermanns Sache.”
