Über einen separaten Eingang gelangen Sie in das Entrée der Wohnung. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Doppelschlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Badezimmer/Dusche. Ein Schlafzimmer hat einen separaten begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Das schöne Wohnzimmer bietet eine offene Küche, einen Esstisch sowie Sitzgelegenheiten und einen Kamin. Vom Wohnzimmer geniesst man einen herrlichen Panoramablick auf die Engadiner Bergwelt. Ein weiteres Highlight ist die grosse Terrasse. Weiter gibt es in der Wohnung eine Fernsehecke sowie einen Abstellraum. Seitlich vom Haus befindet sich ein Schopf, in welchem Sportgeräte abgestellt werden können.
Die Wohnung wurde mit hochwertigen Materialien ausgebaut und das Holz wurde mit modernen Elementen abgestimmt.
