Holiday home with air conditioning, terrace and whirlpool

The holiday home is a semi-detached house and modern furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the valley from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, pavilion and garden furniture.

The holiday home is located on a closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives only temporarily in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes via a path (asphalted). Parking lot on the property.
