Liebe Feriengäste,

unsere Ferienwohnungen nahe LEGOLAND Günzburg (ca. 10 bis 15 Min. Fahrzeit) sind zwar kein Luxushotel, aber dafür finden Sie bei uns saubere und gemütliche Wohnungen zu fairen Preisen vor.


Unsere Wohnung 5 (Dachgeschosswohnung) hat 1 Schlafzimmer und ein kleines Wohnzimmer mit Sofa-Ausziehbett mit jeweils einem Flat-TV, eine Wohn-/Essküche sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Die neue Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind im Preis inbegriffen. Der große Garten hinter dem Haus mit Trampolin und Fußballtoren ist Teil unseres Angebotes. Der überwachte Parkplatz (videoüberwacht) befindet sich auf unserem Privatgrundstück. Kostenloses W-Lan kann im ganzen Haus genutzt werden. Ein Babybett sowie ein Hochstuhl können wir Ihnen gerne zur Verfügung stellen (Bitte informieren Sie uns bei Bedarf). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie einen Bäckerei (ca. 300m, auch Sonntags geöffnet) sowie Aldi, Rewe und Drogeriemarkt erreichen Sie in wenigen Gehminuten und sind nur ca. 400m entfernt. Im Stadtzentrum, das Sie ebenfalls bequem zu Fuß erreichen, finden Sie Pizzerien, Gaststätten, Cafés und Bars.



HINWEIS ZUR PERSONENBELEGUNG : In dieser Ferienwohnung 5 gilt eine Personenbelegung von mind. 2 Personen (z.B. 1 Erw. und 1 Kind), max. jedoch 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind. Sollten Sie die Wohnung unter 2 Personen buchen wollen, so bitten wir Sie unbedingt um vorherige Rücksprache. Hierfür bitten wir Sie um Verständnis.

95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
