This very quiet house (1.5 km to the town center) is situated on a slope in the district of Niederhöfen, surrounded by green meadows and pure nature. It's the ideal starting point for hikes and excursions in both summer and winter. The apartment itself is barrier-free and has a terrace with its own garden area and access to the log cabin sauna. A sunny lawn and playground can be shared. Strollers, bicycles, and skis can be stored dry in the garage. Your little ones will be provided with a crib, high chair, and diaper bin, and a dedicated parking space is available for your car. Well-behaved dogs are welcome.

The comfortably furnished 2-room holiday apartment "Paul" (68 sqm) on the ground floor includes a bedroom (double bed), living room with a couch including a sleeping function for 2 people, a separate kitchen with a dining area, flat-screen TV, Blu-ray player, radio, telephone, bathroom with shower/bath/WC, and terrace.

Conditions:
The deposit of 100% is due 6 weeks before arrival - for last-minute bookings, immediately after booking. Cancellations after booking will be charged 25% (from the booking date), 70% (from the 29th to the 15th day before arrival), or 100% (from the 14th day before arrival) of the total price if a re-renting is not possible.
Electricity, water, heating, bed linen, kitchen and bath towels, and parking are included. Sauna, bathrobe, sauna towel, laundry room usage, and telephone calls are charged separately.
The new log cabin outdoor sauna in the garden is charged at €7.00 (from 2022: €10.00) per use (4 hours). Pets upon request (max. 1 dog): €40.00 per animal and stay (from 2022: €50.00).
The tourist tax of EUR 2.10 for adults / per night and EUR 1.00 for children (6-15 years) / per night as well as the deposit for guest cards amounting to EUR 5.00 / card are to be paid in advance with the accommodation costs. Children up to 6 years stay free!
