House in An Der Krombachtalsperre with Private Parking and Wonderful View

Hui! Wäller? - Allemol! The most famous greeting from the Westerwald. So welcome to us on the advertisement for the holiday home at Seeblick, in the Hessian Westerwald. Our holiday home is idyllically located on the Krombach dam, surrounded by woods and meadows. From here you have a wonderful view of the lake where windsurfers and sailors enjoy themselves with mostly good wind conditions and the beach. On site you can find entry points to the bike and hiking trails (including long-distance hiking and long-distance biking paths). The house`s property is 540 square meters large and meant to be visited by one family or a group. The property is surrounded with a hedge and a fence. The house has a living and dining area, kitchen, shower / toilet, bath / toilet, two bedrooms each with a double bed, laundry room (washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron), winter garden (with seating, billiards, darts and table football for children) Outside you will find a terrace with a gas grill and furniture, and a garden with a fountain. (no drinking water) 4 parking spots directly on the property (2 wide, 2 narrow).     “Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich wunderschön gelegen, direkt mit Panoramablick auf die Krombachtalsperre. Die Ausstattung ist vielfältig und hochwertig , es fehlt (uns zumindest)an nichts. Drei schöne Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder und ein Wintergarten der keine Wünsche übrig lässt. Bei vier Parkplätzenbekommt jeder sein Auto unter. Die Sauna ist auch nochmal ein Highlight. Alles in allem, es war ein Traumurlaub und dafür nochmal vielen Dank an die Besitzer.”

    “Empfehlenswert, super Ausblick auf den See, atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge, das Bad unten, bei den 3 Schlafzimmern, mit Wirlpoolbadewanne war erst relativ neu, die zusätzliche Dusche oben ebenfalls relativ neu, ebenfalls mit Toiletten war klein aber völlig ausreichend. Die Zimmer waren alle relativ neu renoviert.
    Ein tolles Freizeitangebot, wenn das Wetter einmal schlecht sein sollte Dartautomat, Billiard und Tischkicker.
    Der Außenbereich war schön angelegt, ein großer Gasgrill und ein großer Tisch, mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten und Liegen waren vorhanden.”

    “Das Ferienhaus liegt direkt an der Krombachtalsperre und man hat einen wundervollen Ausblick auf den See. Im Haus hat man alles was man braucht und es war sehr ordentlich. Highlight im Haus war aufjedenfall der gut ausgestattete Wintergarten (Billard, Dart, Tischkicker). So konnten wir uns auch bei schlechtem Wetter die Abende gut vertreiben. Auch der Garten am Haus ist sehr gepflegt. Alles in allem haben sich alle (Erwachsene, Baby und Hunde) sehr wohl gefühlt.”
