The house offers enough space for 8 people and one pet. It consists of four floors, which are connected by an internal staircase. In the basement of the house, which is also accessible from the terrace, there is a small wellness area with sauna and whirlpool, a bathroom and a room where children can play and have fun. The living room and the well-equipped kitchen are on the ground floor, from where you can access the two upper floors with two bedrooms each, with two bathrooms on the first floor. The attic has a minimum ceiling height of approx. 90 cm.
You won't get bored in the outdoor area either. At the rear of the fenced property, there are high-quality sun loungers for sunbathing and relaxing around the outdoor pool, a covered pavilion with a multifunctional games table for children and adults. Barbecue evenings and pleasant hours outdoors will complement your holiday. You can also ride a quad bike provided by the owner.
In the old town centre, there is a pedestrian area with several nice cafés, restaurants, a main square, a church and some shops. The owner of the house has 2 free parking spaces for his guests nearby, about 500 m away, and will be happy to transport your luggage on his quad bike through the pedestrian zone to the holiday home on arrival and departure.
In addition to Omialj, you should definitely get to know the other places on the island of Krk during your holiday, as there are numerous beaches for all ages and interesting places with a rich gastronomic offer and many events in the summer season.
