Unsere "Villa Oleandro" liegt in Capoliveri bei „Madonna Delle Grazie“, die Wohnungen von der Casa Roberta sind vom Meer etwa 200 Meter vom Strand von Madonna delle Grazie entfernt, und nur in nur 5 Autominuten erreicht man: Morcone,Pareti, Innamorata und Süd-Küste, von welcher aus man den herrlichen Golfo Stella bewundern und an einem klaren Tag die Insel Pianosa und Korsika sehen kann.
Die Villa Oleandro liegt in der Nähe der Wallfahrtskirche Madonna delle Grazie, in einem ruhigen Dorf nicht sehr voll von Touristen und reich an grüner Natur, einem Ort, an dem man einen fantastischen erholsamen Urlaub verbringen kann.
Vom Haus aus können Sie das Dorfzentrum erreichen, das auf einem Hügel liegt, circa 2,6 km / 5 Autominuten entfernt. Es muss daran erinnert werden, dass die Badeorte der Comune di Capoliveri alle an der Küste sind und um das Dorf zu erreichen müssen sie das Auto nehmen. Dort finden unsere Kunden in unserer anderen Struttura, der Villa Calamita, einen privaten Parkplatz, wo sie das Auto in Ruhe parken können, ohne dass eine unangenehme Überraschungen entsteht. Oder von der Villa aus können die Spaziergang-Liebhaber das Dorf in nur 10 Fussminuten erreichen, vorbei an der Wallfahrtskirche.
