Laboe. The holiday apartement is located on a open plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The 38m² apartment is located in a larger residential complex with 101 residential units. Center of Laboe. Laboe is not only located in the middle of the beautiful Probstei, but is also a holiday resort directly on the Kiel Fjord. The wide, fine Baltic Sea beach invites you to swim and sunbathe in summer and to "breathe away" in winter. Water sports enthusiasts, especially kiters and surfers, can practice their sport in Laboe almost all year round.The beaches in Laboe are flat and child-friendly.Enjoy walks and bike rides in the area, explore the beautiful Probstei with all its towns, lakes and beaches. Let your soul unwind here.In the town center you will find all the shops you need for daily needs. You can reach Kiel by car in less than 20 minutes via the federal highway 502.In the summer months, simply take a steamer from Laboe harbor to the pier and enjoy the beautiful Kieler Linien right in the center of Kiel. The access goes directly from the main road. In winter there are snow chains recommended. Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property and a parking lot in the village (distance 10 m). There are plenty of parking spaces and you don't have to book separately. You get a key to the parking lot. (CHECK-IN IS FROM 4 PM TO 7 PM, CHECK-OUT BEFORE 10 AM).
