At the foot of the Versilia hills, in the village of Piano di Conca, this elegant detached vacation home is surrounded by olive trees and a large garden. You have access to a recreation room with a pool table. Through an interior door you can separate the first floor from the second floor. The outdoor area has a large veranda with table and chairs, 2000 m² completely fenced garden, barbecue and jacuzzi. The location allows you to easily reach the beaches of Versilia, only 9 km away. Visit also the city of Lucca (31 km), famous for its intact 16th century city walls and many medieval churches. In fact, Lucca is also called "the city of 100 churches". In Camaiore (7 km) you will find artistic jewels such as the famous Collegiate Church, the Benedictine Abbey or the Museum of Sacred Art. In summer, the town hosts many events. Pietrasanta, 10 km away, is famous for the working of marble and bronze. Its historical center is rich in art galleries. The Cathedral of San Martino is also worth a visit. Viareggio (6 km), the city of the carnival, is rich in bathing establishments and shipyards and offers a beautiful seafront with stores and restaurants. From here you can reach by boat the charming villages of the Cinque Terre.
