Spend a relaxing vacation in this lovingly furnished vacation apartment in the Himmelberg vacation park, right next to the village of Thalfang. The apartment is located on the first floor. The modern kitchen is fully equipped.

The garden is large, so you will always find a sunny spot in warm weather. The terrace is partially covered. Since the terrace is located at the back of the house, it offers privacy. You also have access to garden furniture and a barbecue. So you can eat in the garden in sunny weather.

Sports enthusiasts can use the tennis court and gym in the park (for a fee). The nearby indoor swimming pool in the village can be used free of charge for guests of the house.

The village has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. There are three supermarkets, several bakeries, several (take-away) restaurants and a pharmacy.

From the house, nature is always close by! You can even spot a squirrel or even a deer.

Several hiking trails pass right by the park, so you can start your tours directly from the property. For example, Route 10 (29.7 km) of the 410 km Saar-Hunsrück Climb passes right by the park. After this cool route you can relax in the apartment and enjoy this beautiful walk.

If you feel like exercising, you can enjoy the proximity to several nature parks, for example the Hunsrück-Hochwald National Park. Here you can make beautiful hikes and / or bike rides.

Winter sports enthusiasts can enjoy the Erbeskopf, which is a ten-minute drive away. The Erbeskopf is with 816 m the highest elevation in Rhineland-Palatinate. So you can imagine, if there is snow here, you can ski and toboggan!

In warmer weather, this area is also nice to visit. Then you can, for example, take a ride on the summer toboggan run or visit the climbing forest. Directly on the Erbeskopf is also the Mountain Bike Trail Park with various routes.

The central location of the house between various villages, towns and nature reserves makes this apartment the perfect starting point for numerous excursions. For example, Trier (30 minutes by car), Bernkastel-Kues (30 minutes by car) and Saarburg (45 minutes by car) are fantastic cities for a day trip. There is something for everyone to experience in the surrounding area!
