Outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of Castro, in the district Valle di Blenio, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 30 m from the edge of the forest, 300 m from the stream, in the countryside. Private: natural state property, large, beautiful terraced garden, lawn for sunbathing. (swing). Motor access to the house (300 m via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 6 km, restaurant 6 km, bar 2 km, railway station "Biasca" 18 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m, cable car 11 km. Nearby attractions: Castelli di Bellinzona UNESCO, Museo della Valle di Blenio, Chiesa Negrentino, Castello di Seravalle. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Luzzone, Lago Retico, Lago Maggiore, Lago di Lugano. Hiking paths: Sentiero Basso e Alto, Valle di Blenio, Nara, Val Malvaglia, Lucomagno. Exit to the garden. 1 room with 1 bed (120 cm, length 200 cm). 2nd upper floor: (steep stair) open gallery with sloping ceilings with panoramic window with 1 bed (120 cm, length 200 cm). Large patio, east facing position and south facing position. Barbecue, deck chairs (2). Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 3 year olds (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house. Maximum 2 small pets/ dogs allowed. Fire extinguisher. Please note: There are 300m of unmade road before arriving to the house.
