This cosily furnished holiday home is quietly located, surrounded by other single family and holiday homes. Other than many of the other homes on this neighbourhood, which are built in a slope, this house is on a mostly level property. It is about 800 meters to the ocean and the beach.
The 166 m² house has two floors, fully heated. Upstairs you will find the living room, furnished with a flat screen television, a fireplace and a fan; adjacent is the open plan, fully loaded kitchen with a dining area. Additionally, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms; one of the bathrooms is ensuite. The master bedroom is furnished with a 1.80 x 2.00 m double bed, has air conditioning and a fan and grants access to the pool patio. The second bedroom has a ceiling fan and is furnished with two 0.90 x 2.00 m single beds, which can be combined to a double bed. Adjacent to this room is a dressing room, furnished with a 0.90 x 1.90 m single bed for a child. A washing machine is at your disposal free of charge in the bathroom. Downstairs is a flat with a separate entrance with a living/dining room, a fully loaded kitchen, an air conditioned bedroom and a bathroom. This bedroom offers a double bed (1.50 x 1.90 m) and has access to the pool patio. The living room boasts a sofa bed for two (1.50 x 2.00 m).
The fully enclosed property houses the pool, which is designed as a bar and has a corner where you can sit. The pool is surrounded by seating accommodation. There is also an outdoor shower (hot/cold water). A barbecue is at your disposal. Butane gas for use of the Paellera is available at a small fee. Enjoy the ocean views from the roof terrace. The property offers parking for two cars under a carport. An additional third parking space is available.

It is 700 meters to a beach bar. This beach is a pebble beach and great for snorkelling. It is 5 km to the closest sandy beach. We highly recommend a visit to Valencia and the waterfalls in Algar. Mundomar Park is popular with families with children. Other destinations worth a visit include the mountain village Guadalest, Benidorm and the Parque Natural del Peñón de Ifach, very popular with rock climbers.
