Thatched house with modern amenities and a fenced garden
This detached holiday house enjoys an absolutely quiet location on the outskirts at the end of a cul-de-sac in Brodhagen between Bad Doberan and the seaside town of Heiligendamm, on a site of around 800m². The thatched house was built in 1991 and was last renovated in 2016.
The house of around 50m² was fully renovated and newly furnished. The modern kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a filter coffee machine. There is an adjoining generous dining space with a dining table for up to four people. The adjoining conservatory invites you to relax and watch TV. It has two sofas, a coffee table and satellite TV. The upper floor (gallery), easily accessed up stairs, serves as a sleeping area. It has a large double bed (180cm wide) and ample storage space. A supplementary bed (85 x 185cm) for a child/young person can be added. The refurbished bathroom is on the ground floor and has a walk-in shower, a toilet, a washbasin and a towel radiator. The house is fitted with modern gas heating, so it is always pleasantly warm.
There is a sunny terrace right in front of the house, where you can enjoy breakfast in good weather or a glass of wine in the evening. Three is a lawn on site with two modern deckchairs. The garden is for your own exclusive use and is fully enclosed. Pets are allowed on request. Two outdoor car parking spaces are available. If you bring bicycles you can keep them in a shed.
It is a few minutes by car or bicycle to the nearby Baltic Sea beach at Heiligendamm or Kühlungsborn. The house is an ideal starting point for cycle tours or town trips to Waremünde, Rostock or Wismar. There is a golf course nearby. Shops, good gastronomy and interesting cultural events can be found in nearby Bad Doberan. It is a special experience to take a trip with the traditional Molli railway from Bad Doberan via Heiligendamm to Kühlungsborn. The highlight of the region is the Hanse Sail that takes place annually in August when sailors from around the world gather in Mecklenburg.
