Situated on the banks of the Herault, in Grau d'Agde, this beautiful holiday home includes a mooring for a boat (up to 7 metres in size) and boasts a heated swimming pool. The interior has been thoughtfully decorated with comfortable furnishings, modern amenities and eye-catching features. Outside, there is a large summer kitchen with a comfortable seating area. The swimming pool is wonderfully refreshing on a hot summers day and the patio is the perfect spot to kick back, relax, and enjoy the heat of the sunshine.
The pretty Languedoc-Roussillon offers plenty to do. As a starting point, the holiday home is situated just 1.5km from the nearest golden, sandy beaches. The ancient Greek city of Agde, with its narrow streets and unique buildings, is just a 5-minute drive away. The ancient monument, Fort Brescou, is roughly a 12-minute drive away. You may also wish to visit the enchanting city of Beziers, which is well known for wine and bullfighting. The town sits atop a rocky spur and enjoys views of the picturesque surroundings. The town of Sète is roughly 27km away and is well worth a visit; the town is known as the Little Venice of Languedoc due to the many canals that run through the coastal town.
If it's an active adventure that you crave, you will be spoilt for choice. Whether you choose to hike in the mountains of Haut Languedoc or enjoy a river trip along the Canal du Midi, there is something for everyone.
