Holiday villa with panoramic views and pool near the beach
This newly renovated holiday house is located on the outskirts of the village, yet central area of Paguera. The beach is on foot in about 10 minutes (downhill), as well as numerous restaurants and shops. The house is in a hillside position, a long staircase leads to the entrance. There are close some public parking.
On the lower level there is a large entrance area and
- 1 bedrooms with double bed (air-conditioning)
- 2 bedroom with 2 single beds (air-conditioning)
- 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub and toilet
- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet
An internal staircase leads to the living area with fireplace and TV, as well as the dining area with exit to a large terrace with furniture.
The kitchen is equipped with crockery, cutlery, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, large fridge with separate freezer, electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven. On this floor there is also a double bedroom with exit to the terrace and a bathroom with shower and toilet en-suite. Behind the kitchen there is a small room with washing machine and access to a more sheltered terrace with furniture.
You have a beautiful panoramic view of the countryside and pine woods.
The large Mercadona supermarket can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes, this also offers delivery. As restaurants, shops and the beach are within walking distance, a car is not absolutely necessary.
