    “Ein gut ausgestattetes, liebevoll eingerichtetes und sauberes Ferienhaus.
    Als sehr angenehm empfanden wir die Ruhe und die Natur um uns herum.
    Das Sonnen oder essen auf der Terrasse kann ungestört / unbeobachtet erfolgen.
    Ausstattung neuwertig mit Liebe zum Detail, Betten inkl. Matratzen sehr angenehm.
    Alle Fenster mit Jalousien, Fliegengitter und Gardine.
    Vermieter ist sehr nett, spricht lediglich italienisch und kommt meist morgens + abends zum Füttern der Tiere vorbei.
    Nur zwei deutsche TV-Programme, die in englischer Sprache ausgestrahlt werden.”

    “Das Ferienhaus und das Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt. Die Lage des Hauses ist ausgezeichnet. Es liegt ruhig, etwas außerhalb des Ortes Bibonna, in Hanglage mit einem sehr schönes Blick über die Olivenbäume bis hin zum Ort Casale Marttimo.
    Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, kommt täglich um die Hühner zu versorgen und um Rasen und Blumen zu gießen. Spricht allerdings nur italienisch - Verständigung klappte trotz alle dem.
    Einziger Kritikpunkt war das Wohnzimmer, dort Stand zwar ein Sofa und ein Fernseher (Deutsches Programm), war aber ansonsten sehr kahl. Ein kleiner Tisch, ein Sessel und eine kleinen Lampe würden diesen Raum sicherlich gemütlicher machen. Aber bei dem schönen Wetter und dem schönen Garten konnten wir wunderbar auf Wohnzimmer und Fernsehen verzichten.
    Rundum ein sehr schöner Ort für erholsame Ferien.”

    “Ein gut ausgestattetes und sehr sauberes Ferienhaus. Bis zum Strand, der gut mit dem Auto bzw. dem Fahrrad erreichbar ist, sind es ca. 11 Km. Auf Grund der Lage außerhalb von Bibbona ist es sehr ruhig dort. Die Hühner waren bei unserem Ferientermin nur beim Nachbarn zu finden. Der Hund ist zeitweise(!) auf dem Gelände untergebracht wir haben ihn jedoch nicht wahrnehmen können. Der Zustand des Hauses erscheint neu, bei genauem Blick sind Gebrauchspuren zu erkennen, welche aber nicht in das Gewicht fallen. Das Haus ist dem Preis angemessen.”
