Located in Atabal, a prestigious district of Malaga adjacent to Teatinos, where universities, schools and shops come together in this modern Malaga neighbourhood. We find this incredible and spacious 4-bedroom apartment with a total of 7 dream spaces, located on the top floor of the building, completely exterior and with mountain views in all its rooms. This apartment is decorated by a prestigious decorator who has been inspired by the theme of Andalusia in its materials, organisation and colours, generally predominating natural light with gold and wood with palisander. The decoration of each bedroom is associated with one of its provinces: Bedroom 1 Seville, Bedroom 2 Granada, Bedroom 3 Cadiz and Bedroom 4 Malaga, to make it easy for you to find yourself immersed in Andalusian culture and tradition from the moment you enter your room. It is also part of a large development with a children's area, rest areas, a cardio-healthy space (with a defibrillator and first aid kit) and a large swimming pool with lighting for adults and children who can use it on its opening dates, normally from June to September.

BEDROOMS: All bedrooms have a fan with remote control in which you can regulate, in addition to the speed of the blades, the light: warm, medium or white light according to the user's preference.

BEDROOM 1 SEVILLE
Inspired by the great tradition of its folklore and especially the Seville fair, this bedroom is reminiscent of this province for its shapes and paintings and for its predominant colors of red, white and gold.
It has two 1.05 beds that can be joined or separated, a bedside table, a small folding computer table and a built-in wardrobe equipped with a chest of drawers. Clear views of the park and mountains.

BEDROOM 2 GRANADA
Inspired by the Alhambra in Granada, where there are a multitude of decorative solutions with tiles and tiling and with a decoration based on different shapes and sizes that are grouped together to form geometric compositions with predominant colours such as white, brown and yellow.
It has a 1.05 bed with a bedside table, a work table and chair and a built-in wardrobe with a chest of drawers. Ideal for guests who need a bedroom with more privacy or to be able to concentrate more to work from home or study.

BEDROOM 3 CÁDIZ
Inspired by the maritime atmosphere of this great province, its decoration and nautical details stand out, with blue and white colours predominating throughout the room.

BEDROOM 4 MÁLAGA
It is inspired by the natural, fresh and more traditional style of Málaga, especially its flowers and palm trees and its predominantly green and white colours.
This is the main bedroom of the house which has a full private bathroom with shower and is divided into 3 spaces: small dressing room, folding work table and sleeping space.
It has two single beds of 90 that can be joined and separated, with two single bedside tables with two special lamps as they have dimmable light by pressing and a mobile phone charger so that you can charge your mobile phone on the same lamp, a small folding table for the computer with an armchair and a small dressing room with a large built-in wardrobe with drawers and a shoe rack.

As it is within a community of neighbours, parties or loud noises are not allowed during quiet hours, always respecting the rules of this community.

DEPOSIT: A security deposit is required prior to entry. The refund will be made 48 hours after departure, after the accommodation has been inspected.
