This comfortable holiday apartment for up to 4 adults and 1 baby is located on the first floor of an apartment building in a very quiet location, close to one of the four medieval gates of Neubrandenburg (the New Gate) and the imposing city wall with its characteristic Wiekhäuser. Cafés, restaurants, shopping facilities and the concert church are just a few steps away, and the cultural park and Lake Tollensesee can be reached in around 15-20 minutes on foot.
Last renovated in 2018, the approx. 55 square metre non-smoking flat with separate entrance is tastefully furnished and extends over two levels. On the first floor there is a large living room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, radio, CD player, small balcony) with open-plan kitchen (dining area, electric hob with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, various small kitchen appliances, washing machine), the bathroom (bathtub, WC, hairdryer) and a hallway. On the upper floor there is a spacious living/bedroom (double bed, sofa, sitting area, TV) and another bedroom (2 single beds) The apartment is centrally heated and has insect screens on the windows. There is also a car park, bicycle storage, cot, high chair and free W-LAN. The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy costs as well as bed linen and towels. Pets are not allowed in this property.

The four-gate town of Neubrandenburg, the district town of the Mecklenburg Lake District, offers numerous shopping facilities, various restaurants, cafés and pubs as well as many cultural facilities and events. Particular attractions here include St Mary's Church with its new organ, home to the Neubrandenburg Philharmonic Orchestra, the theatre and the Neubrandenburg art collection, which is known beyond the borders of Mecklenburg as a concert church. Tourist highlights include the historic town wall with its four medieval gates and Lake Tollensesee, which borders directly on the town and offers several bathing opportunities, boat hire and passenger boat trips. Cycling around the lake (approx. 45 km) is not the only popular tour; the entire wooded and lake-rich area around Neubrandenburg invites active holidaymakers to go on extended tours. The town is easily accessible by train from Berlin, and the nearest motorway junction is around 13 km away.
