Villa Rose of Villa Liechtenstein

The Villa Liechtenstein was used around 1880 by the then reigning Prince Johann von und zu Liechtenstein as a summer residence for himself and his family.

Villa Rosen was already the prince's guest house at that time and is now once again available to rent as a holiday home.

Probably one of the most exclusive holiday homes in Ausseer Land, the villa was generously and modernly renovated in 2017.

Each of the 4 rooms has an attached bathroom with tub, shower and infrared sauna, the kitchen has a steamer, 2 refrigerators and a wine cooler.

In addition to the lounge with beamer and BOSE sound system, you and your guests will find space for pleasant hours on the 200m² terrace. In the evening you can relax in front of the fireplace or in the private sauna in the adjoining sauna house, a 200-year-old log cabin.

You can park your car on the property in the carport, a bicycle room and ski room with boot warmer are also available.

Altaussee has a lot to offer! In 5 minutes you can reach Lake Altaussee on foot, as well as shops and restaurants in Altaussee.

The Loser Bergstraße and the Loser lifts are only a few minutes away by car. In a few minutes by car you can also reach the Narzissentherme or Bad Aussee.

Hiking and cycling in summer, skiing in winter or simply enjoying the peace and quiet.... You are sure to enjoy your stay at Villa Rosen.
