Location description :
The villa is located in a small Istrian village about 4 km away from the sea, 6 km away from well-known historical city Pula and 7 km away from the airport. Our holiday house is situated right in the middle of lower tip of the peninsula at almost equal distance (about 10-17 min car ride) from all most famous beaches of Istria- Pomer,Valkane & Verudela city beaches in Pula, Banjole, Pješčana Uvala, Medulin, Šišan, Ližnjan, Levan Island, Premantura, Fazana.The village is also a part of Pula’s city transportation network and, for those tired of driving a car, the local city bus station is right around the corner from the villa. Direct ride to the city center takes about 15 minutes, and 20 minutes to one of the best city beaches, Valkane. Right next to our city bus stop Valkane the new biggest shopping center of Istria 'Max City' has just opened. It is a large modern shopping center on three levels and in addition a large underground car park. The shopping center has many clothing stores, a large grocery store 'Plodine', a large German 'DM' pharmacy, a large food center, a few cafes and pastry shops and three cinemas. All this is right next to the city beach Valkane with its beach volleyball courts, tennis courts, an outdoor gym and a long promenade under the pine trees.

Our beautiful traditional stone villa is fully air-conditioned.
The villa is completely restaured and in the renovation of the stone house emphasis was placed on the preservation of traditional elements, which gives it a very pleasant atmosphere and has a special charm. The interior was renovated in 2020. Dog-friendly house and dog-friendly beaches - Max 3 dogs.
The spacious 104 m² living space of the house extends over two floors, air-conditioned in each room and has insect-screen door in the living room.
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms; each with an air conditioner and a ceiling fan and connected private bathroom with shower/WC.
The spacious 50m² ground floor is an open kitchen and an open dining and living area next to which there is a toilet/basin room with washing machine. The view into the green garden underlines the wonderful atmosphere of the house.

- MILES OF NATURAL BEACHES between Šišan (4 km from our holiday house) and Ližnjan are the best place for cycling and diving in Istria. One of the top locations for cycling and diving in Istria. These beaches are also perfect for dogs!
- HIKING TRAILS: The village is surrounded by the fields and pine and oak forests; just about 100m from the house there are numerous hiking/biking trails.

- HUNTING: For passionate hunters, the village is conveniently located in the middle of the large hunting areas of Istria.
