Das Studio Apartment liegt im ersten OG des dreistöckigen Hauses. Es bietet ein Schlafzimmer mit 160 Doppelbett, mit Essbereich, eine kleine ausgestattete Küche, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche / WC, einen Fernseher und eine Klimaanlage. Die Handtücher für die Wohnung sind inklusive. Es gibt auch einen kostenlosen WiFi-Internetzugang.

Die Halbinsel ist denkmalgeschützt (römische Überreste).
Auf dem Festland liegt in ca. 30 km Entfernung die Stadt Šibenik mit ihrer wunderschönen Altstadt und Kathedrale sowie in ca. 50 km Entfernung die Stadt Zadar. Unweit von Šibenik erreicht man den Nationalpark Krka mit seinen Wasserfällen. Die Insel Murter ist über eine Brücke mit dem Festland verbunden und somit leicht mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Flughäfen gibt es in Zadar und Split. In der Marina „Hramina“ und in der Marina Betina stehen Liegeplätze und eine moderne Einrichtung zur Verfügung. Durch die Nähe zum Nationalpark Kornati ist Murter ein idealer Ausgangpunkt für Ausflüge in die Inselwelt der Kornaten.
