This beautiful holiday house has been completely renovated and adapted to today's lifestyle. It is located in the small village of Šušnjevica, in the Istrian region around Labin. The interiors are spread over the ground floor and the first floor while the outdoor area provides a paddling pool for refreshment on hot summer days. On the ground floor are a kitchen with dining area and living room, additional toilet and another kitchen living room with exit to the terrace. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are upstairs, while bedroom no. 3 has its own bathroom. In addition to the garden furniture, there is also a brick barbecue on the cultivated plot, where you can prepare delicious grilled dishes. The area is ideal for walking and cycling, and if you want to swim in the sea then visit the beaches in the tourist town of Rabac.
