Pure relaxation and leisure in a comfortable, detached holiday bungalow with a private garden site, quietly situated near a natural spring pool

This comfortable bungalow with a modern design is detached on a well-maintained garden site at the head of a quiet cul-de-sac. It is situated on the edge of the centre that is within walking distance and you can enjoy pure relaxation in the accommodation renovated in 2016. It is located in the inland area of Schleswig-Holstein, between Heide and Rendsburg. The rural surroundings will entice you with their proximity to the North-Baltic Sea Canal to enjoy extensive cycle tours, interesting trips, various leisure and wellness facilities.

The bungalow fully renovated in 2016 with a newly designed interior features a high-quality and very appealing modern design, with 66m² of living space comprising two double bedrooms, a separate kitchen, a living and dining room, and a ground-level shower room. Large window surfaces allow plenty of daylight into the living room, bedrooms and kitchen, but the interior can also be darkened with exterior blinds. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed measuring 190 x 200cm, which is especially high, making it easy to get into and out of. There are bedside tables with reading lamps on either side. A generous wardrobe provides ample space for storing your clothing. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds each measuring 90 x 200cm. The centrepiece of the house is the living room looking out towards the green garden and providing comfortable seating for relaxing after a day trip. This includes a modern three-seater and two-seater sofa and a TV relaxation armchair, with the flatscreen TV with satellite channels providing entertainment in the evening. The dining table is surrounded by comfortable high-backed chairs. This room provides easy access to the sun terrace with a glass roof. The separate kitchen is equipped with a double kitchen unit with all the standard utensils and appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave and raised oven. The bathroom is fitted with a spacious ground-level shower cubicle, a washbasin and a WC.

The 600m² and fully enclosed site consists of a very beautiful and well-maintained garden. Both the large garden shed and the beautiful, sunny and roofed veranda, accessed directly from the living room, provide optimal space for undisturbed time outdoors. The veranda area cannot be looked into from outside the site – ideal for sunbathing in peace. There is a grill for meals outdoors. There is enough outdoor space to park several vehicles, as well as two car ports. One of these is also suitable for parking a caravan or campervan.

Nearby right in the centre (ca. 1km) there is the very harmonious and chlorine-free “natural spring pool” where guests of all ages can relax. The village restaurant awaits you for a leisurely beer or dinner in the evenings. The nearest locality 7km away has a famous fashion house worth a visit. The North-Baltic Sea Canal with its beautiful green cycle path is about 3.5km away, while the canal boat service is 4.5km away, taking you to the other shore free of charge. You can also find a popular viewing spot there with a snack bar and seating. From there you can also view other imposing sights such as the AIDA. There is a lovely restaurant right by the canal, a farmhouse café. In the direction of Albersdorf (ca. 3km) you can find a large forested area, the AÖZA Stone Age village and all supermarkets and discounters. There are trip options in all directions, including Büsum (35 km), Husum (49 km), St. Peter-Ording (55 km), Rendsburg (33km), Kiel (68 km) or the world city of Hamburg (95 km). This ensures an interesting holiday. It is about 20km to the golf courses at Gut Apeldör, St. Michaelisdonn or Büsumer-Warwerort.

    “Das Haus ist sehr sauber und komplett eingerichtet, es fehlt einem an nichts. Die Küche ist mit allen erdenklichen Geräten ausgestattet. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt, für ihn wurde ein Körbchen und Näpfe bereitgestellt, über das Spielzeug hat er sich besonders gefreut. Im Garten konnte er auch alleine schnüffeln, er ist komplett eingezäunt.”

    “Liebevoll eingerichtet bis ins Detail,es hat an nichts gefehlt,alles sauber und modern,abgerundet mit sehr freundlicher und netter Betreuung durch die Vermieterin.
    Es wurde sich mehrmals nach unserem Wohlbefinden ihrerseits erkundigt.
    Ein schönes Objekt in sehr ruhiger Lage. Wir werden es weiterempfehlen.
    Hundefreundlich da alles eingefriedet ist und der Hund sich leinenlos und frei bewegen kann.”

    “Das Haus ist einfach super . Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig , komfortabel und mit vielen Details .
    Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet . In der Küche sind alle erdenklichen Geräte und Küchenhilfen vorhanden . Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. besonders toll fand ich den Relaxsessel . Im ersten Schlafzimmer gibt es ein bequemes Doppelbett. Es gibt auch genug Platz in den Schränken. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten. Im Bad ist eine super Dusche mit einer Normal und einer Regenwasserbrause .
    Im Außenbereich gibt es Tische, Stühle und auch Liegen . Ein Mähroboter hält den Rasen schön kurz . Allerdings war es bei uns sehr trocken und somit ist ohnehin nichts gewachsen .
    Wer seinen Hund mitbringt findet neben einen super Hundekörbchen auch noch zwei Futternäpfe .

    Unsere Vermieterin war super freundlich und hat uns sofort geholfen, als wir uns ausgesperrt hatten . Auch bei unserer Nachbarsfamilie möchten wir Danke sagen . Sie haben uns mit guten Tipps und immer einen freundlichen Gespräch auch sehr willkommen geheißen .”

    “Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet,sehr sauber und es fehlte an nichts. es war einfach alles vorhanden. Sogar Fahrräder sind da.Wir fahren auf jedenfall wieder dort hin. Das preis-leistungsverhältnis ist vollkommen in Ordnung.”
